Appointment Setter - Cold Calling Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Generator to join our team.

You may make these calls from home in a quiet environment without distractions.

You will be calling our list of potential clients who want to sell their homes and schedule appointments to meet with our award winning real estate agents.

You will be working 4 shifts per week, and you may select a combination of weekdays and weekends.

Shifts are 4 hours each, from 8 AM until Noon, and from 4PM to 8PM. During each shift, you are expected to speak with at least 15 potential customers.

Working as an independent contractor, your compensation will be a base salary plus commission.

Due to commission, skilled hard working callers can earn up to $30 per hour.

You will use your own laptop or desktop computer, connected with our auto-dialer application.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.

Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using Salesforce or a similar tracking system

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

6 month history of proven success with outbound phone sales

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence

Ability to work independently

Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus, but not required.
