Additional supplemental insurance available. Free base employee only medical insurance401K Retirement plans with a 4% match for all colleagues.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesFun, elegant atmosphere with amazing colleagues!Typical Shift Times:6am – 2pmKey Responsibilities:Daily Set-up & Tear-down expeditor stationKeep station organized at all timesAct as a liaison between the Front-of-House and the Culinary teamKnow all the components and presentation of each dishAdjust final presentation/garnish as per specCommunicate allergies & dietary preferences to the Culinary teamCommunicated VIP guests to CulinaryEnsure orders are correct and sent to the correct tableRun food alongside the food-runner as neededMaintain cleanliness as per standardsKeep record of daily fridge temperature logsMaintain stock & organization of all FOH coolersRefill butter, ketchup, syrup (and other condiments)Fill out AM requisition sheets for produce & dry goods as per established par  Pick-up requisitions from storeroom as neededKeep counts of low-stock items and update colleagues and POS systemAssist Server Assistants in between peak-times as neededOther duties as assigned
