Landscaping Construction Manager up to $75K DOE

Must have valid Driver License.

As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Duties

- Quote new projects, generate sales

- Supervise construction activities on-site

- Provide Reports using Computer, Excel, Word and Outlook

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Manage project timelines and budgets

- Train and mentor construction workers

- Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed
