In need of a maintenance tech assistance responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, minor repairs, and assisting a licensed maintenance technician with more complex repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment, ensuring the facility remains in proper working order; duties may include changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, painting, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
