Studio Site Rep

Our fast-paced and dynamic company is seeking a location representative.

Some responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-Conducting property showings

-Computer skills basic

-Being able to handle parking and directing traffic (loading in and out) in designated areas within property

-Ability to multi-task from overseeing location, documenting damage, preventing any damage issues and be able to be effective in various task ranges required.

-Must be dynamic yet be able to handle basic cleaning / painting and any other studio needs that may arise

- Communicate problems and incidents professionally and objectively to management

-Provide status reports to management as we are very hands on and involved in the day to day

-must be able to be active and alert to effectively meet the requirements
