Position: Kitchen Prep

Location: Newport Beach

Compensation: $17.50/hour + Tips (Probationary Period)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Prep. In this position, you'll be responsible for assisting in daily food prep, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in food service and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for cooking and assembly of menu items

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organize workstations

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Support the kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and general upkeep and other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements: No previous experience needed

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus but not required

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay of $17.50/hour during probationary period, plus tips
