Property Assistant

We manage multiple vacation rentals in the Desert Hot Springs Area and we are looking for an assistant to help operate these properties. Duties include responding to booking inquiries, home inspections, handling maintenance issues or guests related concerns. This is a job that requires weekends, holidays, some pm shifts, and oncall hours for emergencies. Must have a valid drivers license with clean dmv record.

Because the homes are only located in Desert Hot Springs we are hoping to find someone that lives in town and can attend to the calls quickly.

$20 per hour job non-negotiable.

Monday- Tuesday 10a-6:30pm

Wed-Thursday Off

Friday 9-5:30pm

Saturday- Sunday 2pm - 10pm
