Insulation Project Manager
What we are looking for:
A skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage the crew members completing the work on residential job sites throughout the Bay Area. You will be driving a box truck with materials to the job site and overseeing the crew members' work. Driver's License IS REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS
We specialize in Attic Cleaning, Insulation Services, HVAC Systems, Air Duct Replacements and Crawlspace cleaning, and rodent proofing.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Supervise small crew
Ensure the job is being completed accordingly
Provide management and guidance to your commanding crew
Complete detailed work orders for each job
Taking Inventory of your truck, materials, and tools
Driving box truck to and from the job site, unloading insulation materials, arranging and coordinating the project, cleaning the job siteExperience driving commercial work trucks or service vehicles
Responsibility for project success including safety, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction
Experienced working in construction environments and residential job sites
Hands-on Construction Experience
Strong Management Skills; managing the crew members and and overseeing that operations are runninng smoothly
Elite organization skills; organize all arrangements, materials, and crew members of the jobs you are assigned
Strong Customer Service related communication skills; will be required to work closely with clients and office staff
Reliable & Dependable; you will be responsible for driving the company trucks to the job sites (in the San Jose Area) along with the needed materials for the jobs
Report to the office in the mornings ( by 7;30AM) to pick up work vehicles and load truck with materials needed for the day (North San Jose 95131)
Company vehicle available for any require travel (when box truck is not needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Construction Experience: 1 year +
Project Management: 1 year +
