Launching a new restaurant in an unusual location is no small task, but we’ve discovered that people love what we do. As we continue to grow and aim to become a dining destination in the South Bay and beyond, we need a talented sous chef to collaborate with our head chef and elevate our restaurant to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, ensuring high standards of performance and adherence to procedures.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality.
Lightly help manage inventory and control food costs.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
Ideal: Experience in a Michelin-recognized kitchen.
Required: At least 3 years of high-volume cooking experience and some management experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Thursday to Monday, with balanced working hours.
