Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Position: Concrete Finisher

Responsibilities:

Prepare and set forms for concrete placement.

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, including curbs, sidewalks, floors, and slabs.

Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats.

Maintain a clean and safe worksite.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience preferred.

Proficiency in framing, finishing, and surface preparation.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Position: Concrete Laborer

Responsibilities:

Assist in site preparation, including demolition and removal of existing materials.

Support the setup and removal of concrete forms.

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.

Perform general labor tasks to support the project team.

Requirements:

Previous construction or concrete experience is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with framing, demolition, or other related tasks is beneficial.

Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled team members.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks.
