Admin Assistant / Receptionist
Answer phone calls, Office calendaring, Maintain the attorney’s calendar, Update client information, Setup consultations and any meetings daily, check court calendar (slocourts.net) to confirm it matches with the office calendar, Retrieve Filed documents with the courts via e file, Interact with clients, outside counsel, county clerks, court staff, and others. Filing, Setup ZOOM conferences, close out cases and run errands as requested.
