Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the club's management and staff.

Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries and requests.

Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.

Organize and maintain files, records, and member databases.

Coordinate schedules and assist with event planning.

Handle various office tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Possess excellent communication abilities and a friendly demeanor.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Have previous administrative experience (preferred).
