Part Time Maintenance Technician

PART TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY – MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

A local, Mt Dora condominium association seeks a responsible, trustworthy and congenial individual to fill our Part Time Maintenance Technician position for 12 – 15 hours per week. Routine duties include gutter clean out, power washing, algae/rust removal, common area paint touch up, minor irrigation repairs, light bulb replacement, shrubbery removal and routine debris clean up and/or blowing. Prior maintenance and irrigation experience a plus! Upkeep of maintenance records, logs and equipment required. Work with owners to complete Work Orders/Service Requests with high level of customer service skills. Hourly rate $17 - $19/hr, commensurate with experience.
