Rental Assistant and Handyman for Macon Units

Growing business looking to hire Rental Assistant and Handyman for Macon units.

Excellent starting pay at $12-$18/hour, based on experience and scheduling ability.

Candidate should possess excellent communication and handyman skills.

Daily tasks include:

Entering data

Handling work orders and tasks

Contacting customers to collect past due amounts

Enter data into computers

Taking incoming calls from prospective leads and answering questions

Making outgoing calls to potential tenants and leads

Providing updates to supervisors with recommendations based on maximizing revenue and lowering costs

Working with insurance companies, legal teams and accountants to ensure they have up to date information for business needs

Primarily office-based setting, but will require some work in the field in locations in Georgia

Other tasks assigned by manager

Foreign language skills a plus, but not required
