CIVIL Cad Designer

Rebol-Battle & Associates (RBA), a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm based in Pensacola, FL has an opening for a Civil CAD Designer with a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Qualifications:

At least two years of experience in Civil 3D/Land Development Desktop in Civil Engineering related projects

Proficiency in preparing high-quality CAD drawings with attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to assist with a wide range of projects and work with multiple project managers

Detail oriented, organizational skills, and time management skills

Strong understanding of Civil Engineering principles and practices.

Self-starter, highly motivated, collaborative, with good communication skills

Ready to design and draft private, public, and utility projects with little supervision

Candidates with Civil Engineering related experience in commercial site development, residential subdivisions, public works, and water/sewer utility projects are preferred and will be considered over other candidates.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements

Provide drafting and design services by preparing and maintaining AutoCAD Civil 3D engineering drawings to create a set of permittable plans

Prepare working drawings from conceptual plan, to development plan, final engineering documents, and construction record drawings that comply with local agency requirements

Coordinate with other team members including engineers, managers, and administrative staff

Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
