Summary judgement defense/ offense

aloha , I have a case that the defense has filed a summary judgement which I will need help in either drafting the response and or defending our position at the hearing . The basis of the case is about injuries from Dog Attack and I would like some help on coming up with a better strategy to be more on offense and not always be on defense . Maybe think out of the standard BOX solution , make the process more enjoyable / fun .
