This is a permanent position within the construction industry, offering the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting team with essential tasks. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure smooth operations and excellent customer relations.Key Responsibilities:

Process and review customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer accounts.

Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

Collaborate with the construction and development accounting team to ensure smooth operations.

Process invoices and compile draw packages for construction projects.

Utilize accounting software and implement ERP solutions to streamline workflows.

Analyze account details for accuracy and reconcile accounts payable.

Requirements

Ability to utilize Adobe Acrobat effectively. Experience with Dynamics NAV will be an advantage. Knowledge of ERP Solutions is necessary. Skilled in Account Analysis. Familiarity with Accounting Entries procedures. Understanding of various Accounting Functions. Competency in Account Reconciliation.
