E Wales Hospitality a Rockport based Upscale Catering Company is looking for a full-time catering chef. This is a year round position. Fun, creative and flexible working environment with a great team of professionals.

Position: Catering Chef

Start Date: April 2025

Salary of: $60-$70,000 annually +Tips - DOE

Responsibilities:

Ordering , production and execution of weekly events including setup and breakdown

Up keep and care of company property, i.e van , small wares, etc

Execution of tastings for clients in shoulder seasons

Work closely with owners/lead catering chef on menu development

Maintaining staff moral

Food Cost Control

Inventory Management
