This is a Team Leader position for a person with leadership skills, carpentry/remodeling experience and the willingness to learn how to install residential elevators. Stiltz of Charlotte is the local authorized dealer and installer of Stiltz Homelifts. We are hiring one full-time Team Lead Installer with strong leadership skills to join our team. You must have carpentry/remodeling experience including framing, drywall, trim and painting as pre-requisites for this position. We manage a large territory, approximately 4-hour radius of Charlotte. You must be willing to travel on a regular basis in a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has the following qualities:

- A willingness to learn how to install residential elevators

- The ability to lead their own team after sufficient training has been completed

- Great people skills to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner

- 5 years+ Carpentry/Home Remodeling experience including framing, drywall, trim, painting

- Independent work ethic with the ability to efficiently manage time and resources

- Attention to detail and takes pride in their work with high integrity

- Good communication skills, must speak fluent English

- Willingness to travel on a regular basis and be responsible with a company vehicle

- Clean Driving Record, Valid Driver's License

This position will require travel within a 4-hour radius of Charlotte, NC. We cover the NC Triangle and surrounding areas including Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, and upstate SC. If you are not 100% committed to travel and stay out of town, this position is not for you.

We pay per diem to cover your nightly accommodations when working out of town. You will be provided with a company vehicle after a 30-day review period has been satisfied. You MUST have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to be considered for this position. Please only apply if you meet these criteria.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm, year-round with the exception of Holidays. Our work is interior only, we have no rainy days! We cover a large territory, and our schedule remains booked months in advance. A company vehicle, tools, and health benefits will be provided to you after a 30-day review period has been completed.

Jobsite training and certification to install the residential elevators will be provided to you, but you must have carpentry experience to be considered for this position.
