“Project Manager/Estimator (Waterproofing)” – Up to $100k a year

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in weatherproofing and new construction projects to join a growing team in the Cleveland, OH, area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to detail & time management.

[Duties ]

Responsible for estimating and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish

Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates

Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

[Requirements ]

Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial construction estimator and/or project manager and be knowledgeable of project management and/or estimator principles

Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor

Pay Rage: $80k to $100k + potential annual bonus opportunity
