Moore Construction has been providing custom wood framing services in the Rogue Valley for over 24 years. Today we are the largest framing subcontractor in Southern Oregon, with multiple crews throughout the valley serving primarily commercial, multifamily, and public works projects. Additionally, in recent years we have launched a wall panel manufacturing facility (Oregon Wall Co.) and a steel fabrication shop.

We have a team of respectful, professional and skilled people who take pride in their work. We are currently hiring for a part-time marketing specialist to lead and execute marketing efforts across digital platforms, websites, and video production, for the purpose of building a well-known brand in Oregon and across the west coast. This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy self-starter who enjoys a dynamic environment and is passionate about storytelling and brand building.

MARKETING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management: Write, edit, and upload engaging, SEO-friendly copy for websites; Maintain and update WordPress websites with photos, videos, and project details; Ensure websites are user-friendly and optimized for desktop and mobile.

Social Media: Create and manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook accounts; Produce and post engaging content twice weekly per platform; Respond to comments and engage with relevant accounts to build community and following.

Media Production: Take photos; Plan, storyboard, and oversee the production of promotional and information videos; shoot and edit videos, or effectively coordinate with freelancers and manage editing for high-quality video production.

Advertising Management: Design and execute targeted ad campaigns. Focus on building brand awareness and driving inbound sales leads along the western seaboard. Monitor performance and optimize for better engagement and ROI.

Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Track marketing performance and report on KPIs. Other responsibilities as directed by the CEO.

MARKETING SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in digital marketing, including video production, website management, and social media management.

Proficiency with WordPress, Canva or Adobe Suite, and basic video editing tools.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital advertising platforms. Some first-hand experience preferred.

Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to manage ongoing projects with consistency.

Ability to conceptualize, own, and provide creative direction to the media creation and storytelling process.

Excellent computer skills.

Professional references able to be contacted prior to hiring.

Work Location

White City, OR. Some travel to Klamath Falls will be required for job site photography.

Work Schedule

24 Hours per Week, Workdays TBD

Compensation & Benefits

$30 Per hour.
