Merchandising Company Team Lead Merchandiser FULL-TIME $21/hr Portland, OR Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience. As a Team Lead you’ll manage a merchandising crew on-site as they execute special projects such reset, remodels, and new store execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll help promote teamwork among the crew, store operations and construction during projects while ensuring our company and the retailer’s standards are met. Responsibilities -Represent Apollo in interactions with partners and vendors. -Communicate updates and collaborate on project improvements. -Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching. -Foster a positive team environment with clear communication. -Adhere to OSHA safety standards and ensure timely reporting. -Complete projects within or under budgeted hours.
