Security Neighborhood Patrol/Ambassadors

Grayman Security Risk Management is seeking Neighborhood Security Specialists to help create a safer, more engaged community through proactive neighborhood patrols and direct interaction with residents across Philadelphia. These roles are perfect for individuals who are passionate about community safety and building strong relationships with local residents. Positions are available on both a part-time and full-time basis, and hours are flexible.

As a key member of our team, you’ll patrol assigned neighborhoods, ensuring a visible and approachable security presence while fostering positive interactions with residents and businesses. Your role will be integral in helping to enhance the sense of security and well-being within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Neighborhood Patrols: Conduct routine patrols of residential and commercial areas to deter crime and provide a visible security presence.

Community Engagement: Build rapport with local residents, business owners, and community groups to foster trust and address safety concerns.

Safety & Support: Respond to community incidents, providing support and assistance while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Problem Solving: Identify and address potential safety issues within the community, collaborating with local authorities and residents to find solutions.

Neighborhood Awareness: Stay informed on local trends and safety concerns to adapt patrols and ensure comprehensive coverage.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups.

Basic security training or willingness to learn.

A passion for community service and neighborhood safety.
