Skilled Residential Construction Laborer

We are looking for Skilled Residential Construction Laborers to join our team.

Job Requirements:

-Proven experience in residential construction (framing, drywall, roofing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry and trim carpentry)

-Proficient in using various construction tools and machinery

-Strong knowledge of safety protocols and construction site safety

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

-Strong problem-solving skills

-Reliable transportation to job sites (Truck or Work van preferred)

-Must have own hand tools and small power tools

Responsibilities:

-Perform high-quality craftsmanship in various aspects of residential construction, including framing, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, Cabinetry and trim carpentry.

-Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications

-Follow all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site

-Assist in material handling, site cleanup, and preparation for inspections

-Ensure the job site is organized and clean at all times

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during construction

-Assist with setting up warehouse and shop equipment
