Receptionist Needed

Total Property Management Services is looking for a FT time receptionist.

The perfect candidate will:

Know office suite (word, excel, etc.)

Work well alone and with others

Great customer service

Have great attendance

Experience with answering calls through multiline system

Have great organization and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills.
