Position Details:

Hours: 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Work Environment: Work alone or under the supervision of a route Team Leader

Responsibilities: Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties for office premises and related areas after business hours

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License

Reliable Transportation (Mileage Compensation available)

Smartphone proficiency

Experience as a cleaner or janitor is a plus, but not required (we will train you)

Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Additional Skills:

Good communication skills

Ability to perform all physical aspects of the janitorial job

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Work Duties:

Turn on and off alarm systems

Perform basic cleaning tasks

Refill dispensers and empty trash

Clean and empty waste containers

Clean entry door glass (inside and outside)

Wipe and polish glass furniture tops

Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpets and rugs in rooms, lobbies, and corridors
