Property Maintenance/Laborer

Local property maintenance and handyman company looking for someone who is eager to learn and has some basic construction knowledge to maintain properties and assist with minor repairs. We are a licensed, bonded and insured company based in San Luis Obispo. We perform general maintenance, minor repairs, small remodels and a multitude of other small construction projects. Pay will be based on proven experience.

Must have your own transportation

Must possess a dedication to quality work and a positive attitude

Must be willing to complete a basic background check, have a CA driver's license and have clean driving record.

Must be able to lift 60 pounds
