Property Manager Needed

Established Property Management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of properties consisting of mainly multi-family. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, coordinating vendors, overseeing tenant work orders and maintenance staff, frequent site visits, overseeing apartment turnovers, assisting with rent collections, etc.

Candidate must have a car, be able to multitask, be available after hours or on weekends when emergencies arise.
