Don Chicken is Korean Fried Chicken joint that focuses on take-out orders with some dine-in orders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Operate POS system and cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout, dining area

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism

- Serving customers at dining tables as needed. Majority of orders are take out orders

Skills:

- Must be fluent in English

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and organization skills

Wednesday - Friday 8PM - 12AM

Saturday 4PM - 12AM

Pay: From $15.20 per hour + Tip

Must be able to work Weekends & Holidays
