Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide them with a positive shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.

Maintain an extensive knowledge of various strains, products, and consumption methods.

Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.

Process sales using the POS system efficiently and securely.

Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.

Educate customers about product effects, usage guidelines, and safety information.

Supervise inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems proficiently.

Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
