Bookkeeper / Office Admin
Village Auto Body is currently seeking a bookkeeper/receptionist to join our team. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in customer service, data entry, as well as provide additional administrative support as needed in a busy environment. Bookkeeper/receptionist Requirements:
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Strong customer service skills
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Word.
Tasks include:
Bookkeeping
Answering Phones
Assisting customers with Insurance claims
Check in and delivery of vehicles
Updating customers with repair status
Tracking parts and inventory
Job Type: Full-time (M-F, 8-5)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
