CASHIER (MUST SPEAK RUSSIAN)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Organize deliveries for the drivers.
Stock shelves and ensure product availability for customers.
Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions regarding products.
Assist in managing inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Skills
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Bilingual abilities are a plus (Russian, Spanish), enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Experience in grocery store environments or retail sales is preferred.
Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
