Position: Full Time, In Office

Key Responsibilities:

Money Collection: Handle tenant payments, process transaction and track financial records

Tenant Interview: Conduct interviews and screenings for prospective tenants

Case Management: Manage tenant related cases and ensure timely resolution of issues

Administrative Support: Assist with general office management duties, maintaining accurate records and managing schedules

Qualifications:

English proficiency is a must

Spanish is a must

French Language skills are a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft office ( word, excel, outlook) required

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Prior office management or property management experience is a plus but not required
