Position: Customer Coordinator
We are currently looking for an organized, practical, and action-oriented Customer Coordinator/Scheduler to return incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. This job plays a critical role in the interaction between our customers and operations team. It is important that the Customer Coordinator/Scheduler is accurate with notes and details while communicating information in a time-sensitive manner. Previous experience working with google products is helpful.

Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls and messages and set appointments with sense of urgency
Heavy phone and computer work (average of 50-60 calls per day)
Need to be familiar with the greater Portland and SW Washington areas
Must take accurate notes and document with detailed information
Access Technician's calendars and assist in scheduling appts.
Track project details and follow-up with customers
Strong phone etiquette and customer service/resolution
Qualifications:
Must work quickly, but with an attention to detail
Need to be organized with good time management skills
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments
Ability to handle fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations
