About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner-Retail Sales in the HR function, your primary focus will be on recruiting Retail Store Managers for the North America Sales organization. You will also support full-cycle recruitment for other retail/store and Area level team roles as needed. Using your specialized understanding of the competency area you specialize on, you work closely with hiring managers as an advisor, providing market insights, building job ads, executing talent sourcing and engagement to build pipelines, owning the candidate experience across the full process, setting up assessment frameworks, and preparing and negotiating job offers. In addition to operational delivery of recruitment, you will also participate in Talent related project(s) within the roadmap of your team and/or of the broader Talent Acquisition organization, ultimately responsible for delivering and executing specific tasks depending on the scope of each project.This hybrid role reports into our Talent Acquisition Lead for Retail Sales Markets and is based out of the New York City or Los Angeles Support Office.A Day in the LifeWorking at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery:Own full life cycle recruitment and sourcing of all open retail and Sales/Area level roles within designated scope, with a primary focus on Retail Store Manager positions, and ensure accurate systems (Applicant Tracking System, specifically SmartRecruiters) use and administrationLead in-take meetings with hiring managers to ensure expectation alignment and write job adsTalent sourcing, including proactive sourcing, of highly qualified candidates, pipeline building and promotion and engagement for open rolesPlan and execute candidates' profile/CV (Curriculum Vitae) reviews, shortlisting and screening callsSet interview guides and all competency assessment materials for candidate reviewsPrepare and coach hiring manager to host Team-Fit interviewsAdvise and support hiring manager in hiring decision makingPrepare, align, deliver and negotiate job offers with candidatesCollect and provide feedback to candidates according to predefined policiesEnsure appropriate handover of hired candidates to the pre-boarding processManage own workload proactively and align with manager: open requisitions and project-related workProactively communicate and serve as partner and advisor to hiring managers across the full recruitment processContinuous monitoring of own performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics, and definition of action plans accordingly

 Team Planning & Projects:Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning, and quarterly & monthly reviewsOwn the delivery of specific items/tasks of projects within the roadmaps of the team and/or the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) organizationProactively identify process improvements and optimize TA operations

 Up to 25% travel may be required, based on business needs
