Revenue Auditor- Full Time
Cher-Ae Heights is searching for an individual to fill the open position of Revenue Auditor:
Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for the compilation of all information generated from all revenue generating departments as reported through the Cage/Count Team. Reviews and audits all work from each employee within departments. Maintains all forms currently used within departments. Maintains daily, monthly and yearly reports as required and/or assigned. Maintains all backup in an orderly manner.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the accuracy of all documentation and reports used to record Sales, Payouts, Coupons, Gift Certificates, and promotional Discounts.
Maintains & balances all assigned General Ledger accounts.
Verifies the above documentation in detail for accuracy and accountability.
Enters all daily audit information into MAS 90.
Prepares records/folders for storage on a monthly basis.
Has knowledge of the MICS, IRS rules & Title 31 that pertain to Gaming.
Completes the daily, monthly & yearly reconciliation of all IRS W2-G forms.

Qualifications
Must exhibit great attention to detail.
Must have the ability to self-monitor work and work independently.
Must have extensive computer experience
Must have experience in building and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. Must use Microsoft Outlook and Word Programs with ease.
Must qualify for Tribal Gaming License.
Indian Preference given to qualified applicant.
