Working in the Account Maintenance Que – customers call the basic line for their needs/concerns
Assists with escalations
Utilize salesforce
Education/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience requirements:
1-4 years of escalations/customer service experience required
Experience with Salesforce
Basic MS Office Suite skills
Energy industry knowledge a plus
Self-starter and ability to work independently and as part of a team
