What We Offer:
Salary: $22-26.50 per hour depending on qualifications
Paid initial and ongoing certification to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
BCBA supervision if enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA
Paid ongoing training, drive time, & mileage reimbursement

Average of 15-20 hours per week

Job Type:
Part time with a potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits
What We Expect From You:
Conduct 1:1 in-home ABA sessions with assigned clients
Safely drive to and from the clients’ homes
Collect accurate data on the iPad application (provided by the company)
Timely submission of timesheet
Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback
Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism
Maintain high attendance
Complete other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
o High school diploma
o Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license, auto insurance)
o Passing background check (FBI & DOJ)
o Passing TB test clearance
o Residing within the LA surrounding areas
o Willingness to learn the science of ABA
o Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
o Ability to take and implement constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
o RBT certification
o At least 1 year experience working with children on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities
o At least some college courses in related areas (e.g., psychology, child development, education, etc.)
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelors’ degree in related areas
o Enrolled, or intention to enroll in Master’s program in ABA to pursue a BCBA certification
o Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is very highly preferred (conversational is ok!)
