Site Superintendent Position - Home Construction

We’re seeking a driven Site Superintendent with proven residential construction experience. Must thrive under pressure, coordinate teams effectively, and keep projects on schedule. A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality are critical. If you enjoy problem-solving and taking pride in a job done right, we’d love to talk.

Who we are: We are a licensed residential General Contractor in the Pasadena Area with 20+years of experience building homes, ADU's and large remodels. We are already busy, but given recent events, we expect to have many new jobs coming over the next 3 years.

Its time to rebuild our community. This recent fire is absolutely devastating. But with time and hard work, Altadena and Pasadena will rebuild even better. Come join our company to take part in the construction of these homes.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work meets quality standards and stays on schedule.

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections while enforcing safety rules.

Resolve on-site issues and communicate progress or concerns to the Project Manager.

Maintain accurate records of site activities and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.

Keep projects running smoothly, on budget, and up to spec.

Ability to use basic technology to perform above job functions.
