What You Bring to the Role:
1 year or more of call center experience
Speaking, reading, and writing fluency in both Spanish and English. This means that you can hold a professional conversation with a customer in both Spanish and English.
High school diploma or equivalent
Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Computer experience
High speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
Live within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA
