Position Summary:

As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various construction, maintenance, and repair tasks in a variety of settings. This is a field-based position, requiring travel throughout Northern California. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties including construction, maintenance, and installation tasks.

Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.

Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.

Follow project plans and specifications to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Ensure that work is completed within the given timeframes.

Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in skilled labor or related fields.

Ability to operate various tools and machinery safely.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to travel throughout Northern California as needed.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
