Medical Services/EMT (GRAVEYARD) PAY RANGE $23.15-$27.25)

That all documentation is completed and uploaded to Team Member claim fileIf the Team Member is seeking outside medical attention, ensure all Self-Insured paperwork is completed prior to visit.Chart all doctors’ notes in Origami software system.Track and chart appointments and progress of each team member.ComputerAccurately and completely input Team Member information into the appropriate recording log such as Treatment log, Drug Screens and Appointments.Data entry into Origami daily, as needed to generate reports as required.Process daily call-in log – return call to any Team Member that appears to report a work-related injury or issue.OtherCommunicate with Co-workers, Supervisors, and Superintendents daily concerning Team Member medical needs.Tour plant daily (as time allows) to assist with Safety and Health inspections and mitigate issues such as hearing protection, blocked doors, fire extinguishers and checking Eye wash stations.Keep First Aid kits stocked every Friday & check AED’s (Graveyard EMT).Order and stock all supplies in Medical Services office.Scan records when received for Team Members into Origami Software System as they come in. Clean and sanitize office before and after each shift which includes cleaning cabinets, doorknobs. Also, after any ill Team Members have been in the office wipe down chairs, desk, doors/doorknobs when they leave.Daily / Weekly / Monthly checks of Team Members on light dutyFollow up with injured Team Members in accordance with the Follow up Process.Assist with hearing tests and Haz Mat physicals.The EMT position may require work on weekends, overtime or on other shifts as needed per business needs, to maintain coverage in Medical Services.
