Part-Time Receptionist

Patrick W. Rollmann EA Tax & Accounting Services, is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate person within the firm.
Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently schedule client appointments, ensuring a smooth and organized calendar for the accounting team.
Client Interaction: Meet with tax clients, creating a positive and professional first impression. Collect all of the necessary income tax documents during tax season.
Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills, familiarity with office equipment, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with flexibility in scheduling. The role will require increased hours during the tax season, typically from January to April.
