Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient
Provide care for patients with infectious diseases while adhering to safety protocols
Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care in both outpatient and hospital settings
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices
Participate in training programs related to basic life support and patient care techniques
Direct Patient Care: estimated 90% of the time involved in direct patient care
Contractor shall be responsible for interfacing with patients, physicians, and family
members
Implement the plan of care demonstrating knowledge of the responsibilities of the CNA for all stages of care
Work in partnership with the health care team in implementing standards of care in accordance with the purpose, philosophy, and objectives of nursing
Responsible for care and use of equipment used
