Attendant Duties

Customer service: Answering phones and providing customer service

Sorting and washing: Collecting, sorting, washing, and drying laundry

Folding and organizing: Folding and organizing laundry

Machine maintenance: Performing minor repairs, and marking out-of-order machines

Inventory: Taking inventory

Selling supplies: Selling detergent and other cleaning products to customers

Weighing and separating: Weighing and separating laundry for customers who purchase individual laundry services

Wrapping: Wrapping laundry items for pickup or delivery

Sanitizing: Washing items with commercial laundry equipment and following sanitization protocols

Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining the equipments
