We’re Hiring: Tile & Coping Superintendent Swimming Pools

I’m Looking for a new challenge? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Tile & Coping Superintendent to join our team! If you know your way around pool construction and take pride in top-quality work, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee subcontractor crews working on tile and coping for swimming pools.

Ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and with high-quality craftsmanship.

Visit job sites to make sure everything is on track and up to standard.

Communicate with builders, clients, and crews to keep things running smoothly.

Handle scheduling, solve problems, and make sure deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience in tile, coping, or pool construction.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews across multiple projects.

A solid understanding of pool building is a big plus.

Great communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel between Houston and Austin as needed.
