Job Summary

+Tint Shop is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Lead Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Key Responsibilities

+Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a positive customer experience.

+Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently manage the appointment calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling for both clients and technicians.(VERY IMPORTANT: Be able to turn marketing leads into paying customersHuge Incentives for Closing Leads)

+Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

+Team Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.

+Sales Support: Assist with sales of tinting services and products, providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers.

+Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

+Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

+Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Google Suite.

+Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.

+Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
