Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant. Part or Full Time Available. We are a Property Investment/Management company that is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. You would be responsible for all of the day to day aspects of accounting as well as financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities:

-Financial Statement Preparation

-Bank Reconciliation

-Tax Documentation

-Payroll

-Accounts Receivable/Payable

-Cash Management

-Lease Preparation from time to time

Skills and Qualifications:

-Self motivated and work well in team environment

-Positive attitude and goals driven

-Knowledge of Quickbooks

-Knowledge of Appfolio preferred but not essential

-Experience with Word and Excel

-At lease 3 years of accounting experience

-Accounting degree or similar
