For our Electrical Vehicle Charging Solution (EVCS) Team we are searching for an experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) to help grow our business in France from our location in Teningen, Germany or Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.Your main responsibilities areProvide technical support to sales and product marketing in an accurate and timely manner.Support for the preparation of quotations.Preparation of recommendations and expert advice on solutions - consultancy.Assist in resolving technical inquiries in collaboration with the development team.Assist in identifying new market opportunities, local laws and standards.Provide occasional support to customers with complex technical challenges.Maintain business relationships and service delivery to our customers.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the product lines to the customers.
