Support Staff

Mr. Tax of America in Robbinsdale has a unique opportunity for part- time, long-term seasonal

support staff. Flexible schedules and hours can work in conjunction with your full-time job or

other commitments. This position will run yearly from January — April. We are looking to add

the right people to this already dynamic team.

Candidates must be self-motivated, able to multitask, customer focused and have a positive

attitude.

The ideal candidate will have:

Effective written and oral communication skills

Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills

Basic computer skills, training will be on our software only

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

1. Answering the phone - taking messages, etc.

2. Making or changing appointments

3. Welcoming and checking in clients for their appointments

4. Filing

5. Light office tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasonal job and extra income in a supportive and friendly

environment. Mr. Tax prefers to establish long-term relationships with our employees. Mr. Tax is

open seven days a week and some evenings during the tax season.
